Gymnastics & Acrobatics
Fridays 6pm – 8pm | Ages 7 – 17 years.
Join us for a session featuring a unique combination of gymnastics, trampoline, acrobatics, and choreography. All your favourite aspects to gymnastics, all under one roof, all in one session!
Synergy Session Details:
Your gymnast will experience trampolining, gymnastics and choreography / dance / acro on three separate rotations!
It is intended gymnasts will hone their current gymnastics skills and learn new ones, build their confidence, keep fit and have fun – all in our state of the art gymnasium, packed with new equipment.
Our Session Goals:
Our objective for the synergy session is to tailor training plans that align with the aspirations of each gymnast.
After implementing a training plan, we strive to keep you motivated with constant coaching and encouragement throughout the process. Our adaptable approach allows us to make necessary adjustments whenever changes occur.
We are confident that, upon completing your journey with us and our tried and tested methods, you will have successfully achieved your goal and possibly even exceeded it.
Badges:
Throughout the year, we also hold special badge testing sessions during term breaks at Christmas, Easter, and Summer where our young gymnasts get to showcase their fantastic skills and earn their well-deserved badges.
Showtime:
Get ready to celebrate your gymnast’s progress and achievements with our synergy showtime!
At the end of every term, we host an exciting “showtime” event.
Parents and caregivers are invited to step inside our gym and witness the magic as your children dazzle on the apparatus, showcasing their newfound skills and talents.
