At Twisters Gymnastics Club, we believe gymnastics is a sport for everyone, regardless of age or experience. Our adult gymnastics sessions provide a fun and supportive environment where you can learn, explore and progress at your own pace. It’s never too late to give it a go!
Session Details:
Duration: Each session runs for a full 90 minutes.
Kick-off with a structured group warm-up, led by one of our experienced senior coaches.
Enjoy non-structured sessions that empower you to work at your own pace, focusing on the skills you want to improve. You’ll have unrestricted access to our gym and top-notch facilities.
Every session is closely supervised by a senior coach, available to assist with skills and offer valuable feedback for your progress.
The session includes the use of all apparatus including our full-sized sprung competition floor, asymmetric bars and single high bar, balance beam and floor beams, trampoline fast track, vault and our eurotramp trampolines.
Dress Code:
Please adhere to our adult gymnastics dress code:
- Wear shorts, leggings, or jogging bottoms paired with a comfortable T-shirt.
- Leotards are optional.
- For safety, kindly participate in bare feet.
- Ensure hair is securely tied up.
- Please refrain from wearing any jewellery during your session.
This is a fun, relaxed session and a great way to meet new people and socialise.
